"The Bethlehem Project" is an original fun filled musical comedy about the events leading up to and after the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem. The Great Emperor and General Tiberius Julius Caesar Augustus Theatre Company and Petting Zoo tells the story in a series of comedy sketches, monologues and dialogues written by 7-time Emmy loser Jeff Zimmer ("Not Necessarily the News", "Talk Soup", "AFV"). The songs are written by singer/songwriter Mike Renneker and include "Yes, He Is", "I Didn't Think So", "The Light of Hope" and more.

Bob Baker’s Nutcracker, Bob Baker Marionette Theater’s (BBMT) delightful and spellbinding 1969 marionette adaptation of the beloved ballet classic, returns to Sierra Madre Playhouse, bringing joy and merriment to the holidays with 50 performances running from November 29, 2025, through January 4, 2026. Latino Theater Company returns with La Virgen de Guadalupe, Dios Inantzin, the company’s signature holiday pageant that has been a Los Angeles holiday tradition since 2002. Join the tens of thousands who have become transfixed by the story of Juan Diego, a simple peasant to whom the Virgin Mary appeared on four occasions in the mountains of Tepeyac near Mexico City in 1531. Starring Esperanza América as the indigenous Virgen de Guadalupe — the Virgin of the Americas — and Sal Lopez as Juan Diego, the cast features over 100 actors, singers, musicians and indigenous Aztec dancers as well as children and seniors from the community.

A musical play inspired by A.A. Milne's Winnie-the-Pooh: A very special Friend-and-Relation tells Christopher Robin a story of a Christmas Eve very long ago (about last year) when Eeyore, the old gray donkey who lives by himself in the thistle corner of Hundred-Acre Wood, was absolutely miserable. It seems that he lost his tail and Winnie-the-Pooh and Piglet got all of their friends and a search was organized. There is a great deal of fun and excitement, plus delightful songs, in the adventure that follows.
