Low-Hanging Fruit Reviews
Examiner- Recommended
"...This play is a powerful, poetic testament to the brave, heroic martyrs, women who volunteered as soldiers, and lived to tell the tale, wounds and all… alas, only to find their reward a state of homelessness, rootlessness, strung out on one form of addiction or another."

"..."Women veterans are one of the largest growing segments of the homeless population in the country," is a fact cited in the show's press materials. It is decidedly disturbing, but the scripting and enactment of Fruit is aggravatingly unappetizing. The dialogue rarely seems real, and the acting is too often overwrought."

"...Low Hanging Fruit by Robin Bradford and directed by Lee Sankowich is a very satisfying night of theatre. On the surface, this may sound like faint praise but I enjoyed every minute of this show. The writing, the acting, and the direction worked on many levels."
