Outrageous, hilarious, a teeny bit offensive, off the wall, and the winner of a record 12 Tony Awards…. It can only mean THE PRODUCERS! Mel Brooks' riotous musical comedy about a pair of theatre producers who attempt to put on the biggest flop of all time becomes Cabrillo Music Theatre's smash hit in the spring of 2011. CMT's new production stars Larry Raben (star of THE ANDREWS BROTHERS, Ovation Award-winning director of Cabrillo's SINGIN' IN THE RAIN) and Michael Kostroff (television's SONNY WITH A CHANCE and THE WIRE). They are joined by Cabrillo favorite David Engel (WHITE CHRISTMAS, SINGIN' IN THE RAIN, THE ANDREWS BROTHERS) in the show-stealing role of Roger De Bris.
