The Book of Mormon Extends Eight Additional Weeks
The producers of THE BOOK OF MORMON, and The Nederlander Organization, announced today that due to popular demand, eight additional weeks of performances will be added through May 11, 2014 at Hollywood Pantages. Individual tickets for this new block of performances will go on sale exclusively to American Express Cardmembers beginning Wednesday, December 4 at 10:00AM by calling 800-745-3000 or visiting Ticketmaster.com and will remain on sale through 11:59PM on Tuesday, December 10.
Tickets for this new block of performances will go on sale to the general public on Sunday morning, December 15 - 8:00am at the Hollywood Pantages Box Office (6233 Hollywood Boulevard), and then 2 hours later at 10:00am online at Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-982-2787 & at all Ticketmaster outlet locations. The national tours of THE BOOK OF MORMON have broken 47 house records in 22 venues across the country. At Broadway's Eugene O'Neill Theatre, THE BOOK OF MORMON has broken the house record 45 times.
THE BOOK OF MORMON features book, music and lyrics by Trey Parker, Robert Lopez and Matt Stone. Parker and Stone are the four-time Emmy Award-winning creators of the landmark animated series, "South Park." Tony Award-winner Lopez is co-creator of the long-running hit musical comedy, Avenue Q. The musical is choreographed by Tony Award-winner Casey Nicholaw (Monty Python's Spamalot, The Drowsy Chaperone) and is directed by Nicholaw and Parker.
