He becomes a young baseball sensation, transforming the hapless team and putting them into a pennant race against the Yankees. This home run musical features a memorable Richard Adler and Jerry Ross score, including audience favorites like "Whatever Lola Wants," "Those Were the Good Old Days" and "(You Gotta Have) Heart."
