Stella's Last J Date, courtesy of Los Angeles' Whitefire Theatre, takes a common scenario we've all experienced and turns it into one of funniest and most honest plays around. Stella is an affable, endearing dog trainer who's no stranger to the world of online dating. She's hoping to end all that while on a promising date with the jazz-loving high school teacher Isaac. Throwing a wrench in things is Don, an imaginary third-wheel and outright bully born from Stella's own anxieties who's out to ruin her chances at finding love. Hidden secrets and skeletons buried deep within the closet threaten to reveal themselves as Isaac and Stella both lay it all on the line with the hope of finally falling in love.
