A hit in London and now making its West Coast debut, this semi-autobiographical work by Amanda Eliasch features reflections on a gilded life that scales the heights of Great Britain's art, literary and social worlds and stars well-known stage and television actress Elizabeth Karr (Small Craft Warnings by Tennessee Williams, Uncle Vanya, Veronica Mars, ER). Eliasch is a poet and the Fashion Editor for Genlux Magazine in Los Angeles, as well as a photographer and writer for Britain's The Collective Review. She has also written a book of poetry called Cloak and Dagger Butterfly. As I Like It is the candid tale of a woman with a ravenous appetite for life and how her unbridled enthusiasm ultimately contributes to a string of failed relationships. Joining Karr on stage is Lisa Zane as The Opera Singer and Eliasch's son, Charles Eliasch, a virtuoso pianist as The Devotee.
