Breaking Bard

Whitmore-Lindley Theatre Center
11006 Magnolia Blvd. North Hollywood

Chock-full of devious plots, betrayal and murder, the premise of Breaking Bad seems to leap right off the pages of a Shakespearean tragedy. But what if Breaking Bad had been written by "The Bard" himself? Don't fear, culture's most critical question is answered with Breaking Bard. This one-act parody puts the hit television show right in the middle of an alternate Shakespearean universe and follows Lord Walter of Albuquerque along with his squire Jesse and Lady Skylar through their blood-soaked path for power. A perfect treat for fans of the show and Shakespeare aficionados alike, this one-act parody hits the stage at North Hollywood's Whitmore-Lindley Theatre Center. This show is recommended for those age 13 or older. There will be simulated drug use during this show.
