"...No playwright could ask for a better cast or finer production design than IAMA Theatre Company has given John Lavelle's Sinner's Laundry. Audiences, on the other hand, may find themselves leaving the Lounge Theatre clueless to the message, meaning, or simple raison d'être of Lavelle's World Premiere absurdist existentialist comedy. I certainly did."

Will Call - Somewhat Recommended

"...The piece is well done and perfectly synchronized via sound (by Peter Bayne) and lighting (by Josh Epstein). What left me personally dissatisfied is that we never find out what landed these two interesting ladies in the clink, in the first place. And, I'm dying to know what the hell happened to everybody – but perhaps, that's the point."

"...This sudden shift in focus made me reexamine the story's themes from a new direction. I could not help but wonder how the other story might have played out, and wish that both characters had had more closure. Still, the performances are good enough that Sinner's Laundry is compelling from start to finish."
