The Tolucan Times - Highly Recommended

"...Garrett rules with authority over “both” of her characters’ sexuality and raw intellectual hunger. She is two completely different people here, though she finds a way to connect with both. Coleman’s work stays with the audience long after the play’s curtain, forcing us to carry with us the depth of the conflict living within his character, as well, the consequence of his choice."

Stage Raw - Not Recommended

"...Garrett’s turn as both Jen and Jen’s cloned self is subtle: You see elements of the same character in both roles, but the actor adroitly delineates between Jen Prime’s rage and despair and her clone’s brittleness. As Rog, Coleman is mostly reactive, but his disturbing reveal late in Act Two engenders genuine chills. Ultimately, though, the performances are unable to rise above the script’s rambling structure and indifferent storytelling."

Its Not About Me - Somewhat Recommended

"...As to the play itself, I have to admit that Saugerties is not exactly my cup of tea. But there is a lot to it, especially for people who are into psychological dramas. It has a very interesting premise, which hit me even more when I pondered it later. And the narrative does get more interesting towards the end, when the audience is finally let in on what’s actually going on in the story. It’s kind-of like the movie The Sixth Sense in that you want to go back and re-watch the action, once you realize what has taken place. (If you attend a matinee, you can actually see it again that very evening!)"
