"...This excellent play centers around two people dipping their reluctant toes in the insipid dating pool. Stan, rich and recently divorced, and Cheryl, a widow and not at all sure anyone could live up to her late husband. Stan has a habit of falling too fast and Cheryl is the complete opposite. She keeps Stan at arm's length, torturing him with online dates until she gets over her fear of losing someone, again, by almost losing him."

"...Director Doug Engalla, who has worked with Olson on several previous projects, keeps the action frothy to a fault, but to his credit, that's probably the best possible tack with this material. Delaney and Pritchett try their best, but their characters seem cynical and cursory. And by the time Colet and Haverty manage a genuine emotional connection, it's time for the curtain call."

"...The play is well written with great character development. Phil Olson adds elements that make the play more dynamic by including characters that inflict stress to the protagonists, like Cheryl's son and Stan's ex-wife. Those characters are never seen, only referenced, but they contribute conflict and resolution to the story. The four actors have an amusing sense of comedy that is infectious and engage the audience from beginning to end, a perfect gift for the month of love."
