I Am Not a Comedian ... I'm Lenny Bruce stars Ronnie Marmo as the stand-up comic and social commentator, with three-time Emmy nominee Joe Mantegna (Criminal Minds) directing. Bruce's passionate crusades for free speech led to obscenity charges and arrests, paving the way for the honest and uncensored acts of Richard Pryor and George Carlin, among many more. Stage Scene LA calls this solo performance at NoHo's Theatre 68 "scabrously funny" and "heartbreakingly poignant." This production contains nudity and is recommended for adult audiences only.
