Funny Money at Whittier Center Theatre

When Henry, a mild mannered British CPA, accidentally picks up the wrong briefcase and finds it filled with cash, he decides to keep it and fly to Barcelona to start a new life before anyone is the wiser. But as he and his wife wait for their taxi to the airport, detectives and police officers begin arriving at his door. Henry's inept attempts to extricate himself from this impossible situation lead to increasingly hilarious situations that only a master farceur like Britain's Ray Cooney (author of Run for Your Wife and It Runs in the Family) could create.
