Babes in Barns at Sierra Madre Playhouse

On the American Homefront 1942, young songwriter and playwright, Mickey, with the help of the "Gang" creates a show to take to Chicago. His star performer and right hand helper, Judy, dreams of the day she and Mickey will become "Mr. and Mrs. Broadway." Enter calculating Dodie who, with dubious talent, exaggerated tales of famous associations, and big bucks, schemes to steal the leading role (and Mickey) from Judy. Will Mickey get wise to Dodie's machinations? Can the Gang stand any more of her malapropisms and flat singing? Will they be able to get the emergency money for poor little Peewee's lifesaving operation?
