Songs of the Fall

Songs of the Fall

The Actors Company
916 N North Formosa Ave West Hollywood

Songs of the Fall is a musical retelling of the Adam and Eve myth told from the perspective of a very human god. Playwright Ben Boquist has crafted a whimsical new take on the age-old story that gives everyone a voice ... even the snake. The story focuses on Adam and Eve's descent into madness as a result of tasting the forbidden fruit. Set simultaneously in modern-day L.A. and the Garden of Eden, this humorous, irreverent play challenges your concepts of good, evil and original sin through a lively pop-rock score. Rethink the original sin when this one-act production comes to The Actor's Company as part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival. This production contains mildly mature language and is recommended for audience members ages 12 and up.
