CASA 0101 Theater is proud to present the World Premiere of "Piñata Dreams" by Josefina López, a fantastical, magical family-friendly play just in time for the holidays. "Piñata Dreams" tells the story of J.J., a young boy with a wild imagination who dreams of following in the footsteps of his parents as a piñata maker. But with the emergence of big business wholesalers, the tradition is on the verge of being lost. Despite his father's objections, and his insistence that he abandon the family trade for something more practical, J.J. can't help but be drawn into the fantastical world where piñatas and alebrijes come to life.
