This one-woman show is filled with music and hilarious characters as acclaimed writer/performer Candice Guardino shares her experiences growing up Italian on Staten Island. The great-niece of the legendary actor Harry Guardino, Candice kneads together unfiltered bits of wisdom from her family's decidedly Italian (i.e., strong) personalities and a serves up a generous helping of childhood memories. The show has been favorably compared to the likes of My Big Fat Greek Wedding and also includes virtual cameos from Steven Schirripa (The Sopranos), Emmy-winner Leslie Jordan and Mario Cantone from Sex in the City. Musical Supervisor David Dabbon (Sondheim on Sondheim) provides the score for this hilarious show.
