Happy Hour: The Play at Whitefire Theatre

Happy Hour tells the story of casual conversation and its limits, whether it be among friends, lovers, strangers or servers. Our story follows a trio of millennial friends, two of whom are engaged and the third primed to be best man, as they attend a happy hour for drinks and snacks. Conversation carries on wryly amongst the three as well as the waitress that the best man finds attractive, that is, until an older woman appears, celebrating her birthday by herself and in search of friendship. Polite conversation begins to crumble as the woman forces her way into the trio with curious questions about them and their lives. Bring a friend and maybe make a new one when Happy Hour: The Play comes to Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks. This play is recommended for audiences ages 13 or older older due to foul language.
