Entropy by Bill Robens, the author of Kill Me, Deadly and A Mulholland Christmas Carol, is a comedic send-up of the U.S. space program's exploits in the 1970s. Set in space and partly on the ground, Entropy blasts off with cowboy astronauts and the very first astronette, cold war intrigue with Russian spies, and life imperiled by a deadly satellite. With ENTROPY, Bill Robens has once again applied his comic gift to another significant period in history when the women's rights movement was coming to the forefront, the arms race between the USSR and US was exploding, and all the traditional values from the 50s were making way for a new era. Against this backdrop a team of US astronauts take off on a secret mission that will take them on a journey of universal discoveries and hilarious insights on the power of photosynthesis and love.
